Since my time in management school couple of decades ago, I’m interested in how & why organisations thrive and also the irony that why so many successful companies fail – the Icarus paradox. Changes in markets across industries fuelled by changes in technology accelerated the rise and fall of companies. Many management thinkers spent their lives “in search of excellence” (pun intended) and on how to keep that dream alive perpetually. I consider “Strategy, Innovation, Transformation & Delivery” to be four key pillars in keeping that dream alive. These blogs are about my reading & learning in these areas.
